Link Logistics, a leading owner and operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse facilities, has expanded its presence in Texas with the acquisition of a fully leased two-building industrial portfolio in the Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin metropolitan areas. The newly acquired portfolio spans 352,396 square feet and includes two strategically located industrial properties in high-demand logistics markets. The acquisition supports the company’s long-term strategy of strengthening its footprint in key industrial hubs where demand for warehouse space continues to grow.
The larger property is a 291,285-square-foot warehouse located at 450 Airline Drive in Coppell, Texas, within the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport submarket. The second property is a 61,111-square-foot industrial facility at 2401 Double Creek Drive in Round Rock, a rapidly growing submarket in the Austin metropolitan region. Both properties were fully leased at the time of acquisition, providing immediate occupancy and stable rental income.
The latest acquisition further enhances Link Logistics’ position in two of the fastest-growing industrial markets in the United States. Strong population growth, expanding business activity and rising demand for modern logistics infrastructure continue to support long-term growth opportunities across both regions.
Commenting on the acquisition, Andrew Goodman, Senior Managing Director, Investments, Link Logistics, said the company remains focused on acquiring high-quality industrial assets in supply-constrained markets with strong long-term fundamentals. He noted that the newly added properties increase the company’s exposure to two important logistics markets where economic growth, business expansion and increasing consumer demand continue to drive the need for well-located warehouse facilities.
Link Logistics already has a significant presence in Texas, with more than 30 million square feet of warehouse space across the Dallas-Fort Worth region and over 7 million square feet in the Austin metropolitan area. The addition of these properties strengthens the company’s existing portfolio while creating new opportunities to serve customers requiring efficient distribution and last-mile logistics facilities.
Laura Hyde, Managing Director, Investments, Link Logistics, said the properties fit well within the company’s existing portfolio in two strategically important locations. She highlighted the advantages of the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport submarket, which offers excellent access to major air cargo, highway and rail transportation networks. She also pointed to the continued growth of the Round Rock area, where investments in semiconductor manufacturing and advanced industries are driving increased demand for industrial space.
The transaction was brokered by Stream Realty Partners. Link Logistics continues to expand its nationwide industrial real estate platform through targeted acquisitions in high-growth markets. Established by Blackstone in 2019, the company manages a portfolio of approximately half a billion square feet of modern warehouse space across the United States.
Its facilities support the movement of goods for manufacturers, retailers, logistics providers and e-commerce companies, helping businesses improve supply chain efficiency and meet growing customer demand. Along with expanding its portfolio, Link Logistics remains focused on sustainable operations, data-driven asset management and long-term value creation while supporting the economic growth of the communities where it operates.
