Lineage Power Pvt Ltd, the material subsidiary of Pace Digitek Limited (BSE: 544550 | NSE: PACEDIGITK), has signed a Master Supply Agreement (MSA) with Guangzhou Rongjie Energy Technology Co, Ltd  (RJE Tech), a leading manufacturer of lithium-ion battery cells. Under the agreement, Rongjie Energy Tech will supply 3 GWh of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cells and related accessories to support Lineage Power’s growing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing operations.
The agreement marks a significant milestone in strengthening Lineage Power’s battery sourcing strategy and reinforces its ability to meet the increasing demand for energy storage solutions across utility-scale and commercial & industrial (C&I) projects. The long-term partnership is designed to ensure a dependable supply of advanced battery cells while supporting the company’s manufacturing expansion and project execution plans.
The supply agreement includes Rongjie Energy Tech’s latest 314Ah storage-specific prismatic LFP battery cells, engineered for enhanced safety, extended cycle life and improved operational performance. It also establishes a structured framework covering pricing, product quality, warranty provisions, delivery schedules and technical collaboration to ensure consistent product performance and continuous quality enhancement.
By leveraging Rongjie Energy Tech’s manufacturing facilities in the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, the partnership is expected to facilitate efficient logistics and timely shipments to India as well as international markets, strengthening Lineage Power’s global supply chain capabilities.
