Kalyani Strategic Systems Limited (KSSL), a subsidiary of Bharat Forge Limited, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with L3Harris Technologies to enhance collaboration in advanced defense and security systems in India. Under this two-year agreement, the companies will jointly develop solutions in Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) technologies. The partnership strengthens L3Harris’ presence in India, leveraging KSSL’s local expertise to support the development of tactical communications networks. L3Harris currently has a global footprint of over one million deployed field radios across the U.S. Department of Defense and allied forces.

The agreement aligns with the U.S.-India Defense Industrial Cooperation framework, promoting the development of next-generation defense technologies. The company also collaborates with the Airports Authority of India to develop next-generation telecommunications infrastructure.
