KSH INFRA, a prominent developer of modern industrial and logistics infrastructure, has unveiled plans to invest ₹550 crore in a new project in Tamil Nadu’s Sriperumbudur-Oragadam corridor. This marks the company’s second major project in the state, spread across 60 acres of freehold land with the potential to develop 1.6 million square feet of premium industrial space.
The upcoming park is located along a 600-meter stretch of road frontage and benefits from direct access to key transport routes, including the under-construction Chennai–Bangalore Expressway (NE7). The site’s strategic placement offers smooth connectivity to manufacturing clusters, ports, and major markets, enhancing logistics efficiency for prospective occupants.
The Sriperumbudur-Oragadam belt is already a manufacturing hotspot, housing facilities for global and domestic names such as Hyundai, Samsung, Dell, Foxconn, Apollo Tyres, and CEAT. The region is being further strengthened by major infrastructure projects including the new greenfield airport at Parandur, the Peripheral Ring Road, and the Multi-Modal Logistics Park at Mappedu.
These developments place the zone at the heart of the Chennai–Bangalore Industrial Corridor and make it attractive for manufacturers in sectors such as automotive, electronics, and precision engineering. Construction is slated to begin by March or April 2026. Once operational, the project is expected to generate over 1,500 direct and indirect employment opportunities in the area.
Rohit Hegde, Managing Director of KSH INFRA, said, “This project is another milestone in our mission to create high-quality industrial and logistics spaces across India’s key growth corridors. With active projects in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, and now Chennai, we are expanding with purpose and precision. Our target is to develop over 10 million square feet of sustainable, best-in-class infrastructure over the next few years, supporting India’s manufacturing ambitions and creating long-term value.”
Sundaresan Vaidyanathan, CEO of KSH INFRA, noted, “Our move into South India is driven by clear demand and strategic alignment. With a strong in-house team managing everything from land acquisition to leasing, we are well-equipped to deliver compliant, future-ready parks. We aim to build strong local teams and work closely with trusted partners to ensure every project meets the highest standards.”
This latest announcement follows KSH INFRA’s ₹450 crore investment in a 50-acre Grade A industrial park in Hosur in August 2024, with 1.25 million sq. ft. of development potential. With the new Sriperumbudur project, the company continues its expansion and reinforces its position as a key contributor to the growth of India’s industrial infrastructure landscape.
KSH INFRA is dedicated to developing world-class industrial parks and logistics infrastructure with a strong emphasis on growth and sustainability. Having delivered over 2.2 million square feet of premium industrial and logistics spaces, the company is now set to scale its operations across major Indian markets, aiming to develop more than 10 million square feet in the next five years.
Their parks are designed to be environmentally conscious, efficient, and community-friendly—reflecting their mission to build a greener, leaner industrial future. Guided by the philosophy of “Inspiring a green industrial future by driving sustainability and accelerating impact,” KSH INFRA integrates innovation and long-term value into every project. With a strong focus on timely execution and operational excellence, the company continues to set new standards in the industrial infrastructure sector.
