KPIT Technologies Ltd, a leading global partner for next-generation mobility solutions focused on creating a cleaner, smarter, and safer world, announced its financial results for the second quarter of FY26, marking its 21st consecutive quarter of growth. In Q2 FY26, KPIT Technologies reported revenues of $181 million, marking a 4.4% year-on-year increase in dollar terms and a 1.8% sequential growth over the previous quarter. When measured in rupee terms, revenues rose by 7.9% year-on-year, underscoring consistent business momentum across key markets and client engagements.

Profitability continued to strengthen during the quarter, with EBITDA margins expanding to 21.1%. EBITDA grew 9.4% YoY and 3.5% QoQ, while EBIT margin stood at 16.4%, reflecting operational efficiency and disciplined cost management. The company also recorded new deal wins worth $232 million in Total Contract Value (TCV), reinforcing KPIT’s strong position and deep client trust in driving large-scale mobility

KPIT announced a long-term, multi-million-dollar engagement with leading European automotive OEM groups to accelerate the development of Software-Defined Vehicles (SDVs). This partnership will enhance scale, speed, and efficiency in the rollout of next-generation mobility technologies across several key vehicle domains — including Infotainment, Propulsion, Vehicle Engineering, Body & Chassis, Middleware, and Cloud-based systems. As part of this collaboration, KPIT will deploy its suite of proprietary platforms, tools, accelerators, and AI-powered solutions to drive faster development cycles and deliver innovation at scale.

Kishor Patil, Co-founder, CEO & MD, KPIT Technologies, said “Despite the global macroeconomic headwinds, we are seeing renewed confidence within the mobility ecosystem. The closure of the Caresoft Engineering Solutions acquisition in Q2, along with our increased stake in NDream and planned investment in helm.ai in Q3, further strengthens our strategic capabilities. As the industry rapidly shifts towards software-defined and AI-enabled vehicles, KPIT’s deep expertise and client-focused approach position us well to lead this evolution. We are investing significantly in AI-led technologies, new mobility adjacencies, and emerging markets, ensuring sustained growth into the medium term. We anticipate a stronger second half and remain optimistic about the outlook for FY27.”

Sachin Tikekar, Co-founder & Joint MD, KPIT Technologies, added “Our client partnerships continue to grow stronger as we help them navigate an evolving business and technology landscape. Integration of recent acquisitions, combined with our focus on AI-driven talent development, is enabling us to deliver solutions that are faster, more efficient, and cost-effective.

OEMs increasingly seek partners who can take complete ownership of complex programs, and our investments in adjacencies are already delivering results. As we enter the second half of the year, KPIT is well-positioned to capture new opportunities, deepen client engagements, and accelerate its momentum.”
