KPI Green Energy Secures Connectivity for 642.6 MW Wind Project

KPI Green Energy has announced that its subsidiary, Miyani Power Infra LLP has received preliminary approval from the Central Transmission Utility of India (CTU) for the transmission of power from its 642.6 MW wind project in Gujarat. Miyani Power Infra LLP, fully owned by KPI Green Energy, focuses on projects that will be directly linked to the Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS).

The company revealed in a regulatory filing that a dedicated 400kV transmission line will be constructed from the project site to the Jam Khambhaliya pooling station, marking a key development in the company’s renewable energy initiatives and its contribution to strengthening India’s national grid. This transmission connectivity approval is seen as a significant step towards achieving KPI Green Energy’s long-term goal of supporting India’s renewable energy ambitions.
