KPI Green Energy has announced its largest order to date—a 300 MWAC (405 MWDC) ground-mounted solar PV plant for Coal India. The project includes a comprehensive five-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) contract. This significant project represents a major milestone in KPI Green Energy’s development, reflecting the group’s steadfast dedication to sustainable energy and operational excellence. It also stands as the group’s largest single order from a Central PSU to date.
With over 507 MW of renewable energy projects successfully delivered as of September 30, 2024, this landmark order further strengthens KPI Green Energy’s position as a leader in the clean energy sector. The 300 MWAC (405 MWDC) ground-mounted solar PV plant, to be executed on an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) basis, will be located at GIPCL’s Solar Park in Khavda, Gujarat. The project, valued at ₹13.11 billion, includes a five-year Operation & Maintenance (O&M) agreement and is planned for completion within the tender’s stipulated timelines.
