KP Group, a pioneer in renewable energy solutions, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with F Plus Healthcare Technologies Pvt Ltd, the company behind the “Podtech” brand, and its subsidiary FVE Lifecare General Trading LLC. The partnership focuses on developing advanced, modular, and sustainable containerised infrastructure such as data centres, life sciences facilities, and advanced technology units powered entirely by renewable energy sources. These include solar, wind, hybrid systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and green hydrogen technologies, aligning with the global transition to low-carbon and climate-resilient infrastructure.
Under the agreement, KP Group will provide renewable energy integration, site assessments, and connectivity solutions, ensuring maximum energy efficiency. F Plus Healthcare Technologies will design and implement containerised, edge-computing-based data centres and work jointly with KP Group on pilot and global rollout projects. Together, they aim to establish scalable, sustainable modular systems that merge AI-driven architecture with renewable energy to serve the growing needs of digital, healthcare, and advanced technology sectors across global markets.
Speaking on the collaboration, Dr Faruk G Patel, Founding Promoter of KP Group, stated that the alliance reinforces KP Group’s dedication to advancing sustainable technology worldwide. He highlighted that by merging KP Group’s renewable expertise with F Plus Healthcare Technologies’ modular innovations, the partnership will deliver AI-ready, energy-efficient data centres that contribute meaningfully to a green and low-carbon future.
