Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd. (KPCL) will acquire a majority stake (over 51%) in Systems & Components India Private Ltd. (S&C). S&C, based in Maharashtra, has been in the industrial refrigeration business for over 30 years, serving industries like dairy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and fertilizers.
Mr. V. Sundararajan, the current owner, will stay involved to help grow the business. This deal will help KPCL expand its operations. The acquisition should be completed in the next three months after necessary checks.
Kirloskar Pneumatic, founded in 1958, makes products like air, refrigeration, and gas compressors, and serves industries such as steel, cement, food, pharmaceuticals, and more. The company has won many awards and partners with top global firms for innovative solutions.
