The new 'Limitless' vision, led by Atul and Rahul, will include eight business areas and lay the framework for ambitious B2C goals. Apart from new offers such as real estate and NBFC, this would include major expenditures over two to three years across all business lines and investments in new technology.

Kirloskar Industries, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries, Kirloskar Pneumatic, Kirloskar Chillers and Kirloskar Oil Engines all had their company visions refreshed. The new vision is in line with the requirement to be future-ready in an ever-changing environment, and it arises from a desire to improve the customer experience throughout the journey.
Atul Kirloskar stated: “Our new vision is centred on the changing needs of the customer, reorienting us from manufacturing to solutions. We are transitioning from a solid, engineering-driven firm to a future-ready firm focused on improving the customer experience."
As part of this exercise, new brand identity and colours were implemented. The colours relate to the legacy that the 130-year-old name holds, and the years put in to fulfil the ambitions of individuals it has touched, while the logo incorporates elements of human-centricity and future-readiness. Innovative thinking, empathy, collaboration, integrity, excellence, and value creation will all be profoundly ingrained in future operations.
The new logo represents our evolution and our path toward a ‘Limitless' future. The letter I is made up of a human image and a forward-looking arrow that depicts the progress and evolution of those affected. It also shows that the businesses are forward-thinking and will always seek to meet the requirements of their customers. Copper, a colour that changes with the seasons, was the source of inspiration. As a result, the copper patina colour palette was employed, which ranged from shiny browns to darker browns, blues, and greens. The final step of this patina is teal, which preserves all of the elements within it. The colours of the identity you see today were inspired by this.

“The consumer is at the core of all we do, and we consistently evolve to surpass their expectations,” said Rahul Kirloskar, Executive Chairman of Kirloskar Pneumatic. We're now broadening our horizons, moving beyond merely items to solutions, customer centricity, and now digital architecture. This shift reflects our new attitude of providing better lives, opportunities, and a brighter future for our customers and society.” The corporation has played a key role in India's industrialization. It is now defining the future.
The companies have hired several industry veterans to help strengthen their businesses, including Mahesh Chhabria at Kirloskar Industries, Vimal Bhandari at Arka Fincap, Vinesh Jairath for the real estate business, and K Srinivasan at Kirloskar Pneumatic. With a seed capital of Rs 1,000 crore, Arka Fincap was created last year as a subsidiary of Kirloskar Oil Engines. Its primary focus is on structured term financing solutions for corporations, as well as loans to SMEs and the real estate sector. Arka Fincap plans to expand into retail lending and consumer finance in three years.
