Kinetic Green Energy and Power Solutions Ltd, a leading manufacturer of electric two- and three-wheelers, has signed an MoU with Vishwakarma Institutes and University (VI&U) to drive skill-based training, research, and education. The collaboration is designed to bridge the gap between industry and academia, equipping students with knowledge and hands-on experience in emerging sectors.
Under this partnership, Kinetic Green will provide students and faculty with practical training, industrial exposure, and access to its facilities, including workshops and manufacturing sites. In turn, VI&U will adapt its curriculum to meet industry demands, ensuring students gain skills aligned with real-world opportunities.
The initiative includes industrial training programs, internships, faculty upskilling, and joint research projects focusing on artificial intelligence (AI) and sustainable automotive technologies. Students will also engage in marketing and AI-driven projects for Kinetic Green, contributing to innovation in the electric mobility sector.
Sulajja Firodia Motwani, Founder and CEO of Kinetic Green, underscored the significance of industry-academia ties, emphasizing that the partnership will provide students with practical learning experiences to foster innovation. Bharat Agarwal, President of VI&U, highlighted the collaboration as a key opportunity for students and faculty to gain exposure to advanced industry practices and contribute to fields like AI and sustainable technology.
