Kilburn Engineering Limited , a leading Indian manufacturer of process equipment and industrial drying systems, has signed a definitive Master Agreement with Komline-Sanderson Corporation (KSC), a New Jersey-based global provider of process and environmental equipment. Under the agreement, Kilburn will deliver manufacturing, engineering, field, and sales representation services to KSC, combining Kilburn’s expertise in process equipment with Komline-Sanderson’s international reach. The collaboration is expected to enhance service capabilities for global customers while introducing advanced drying and process technologies to India.

The agreement between the two companies outlines a strategic collaboration focused on manufacturing, engineering, field services, and market representation. At the core of the partnership is an exclusive manufacturing arrangement in which Kilburn will produce turbo dryers and paddle dryers for KSC. These advanced drying systems play a vital role in several industries—such as food and agriculture, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, minerals, and biomass—where efficient and reliable drying processes are crucial to product quality and operational performance.

As part of the agreement, Kilburn will also provide comprehensive engineering services to support KSC’s global projects. This includes detailed design and planning using advanced CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools, ensuring that every project adheres to international engineering and safety standards. In addition to design and manufacturing, Kilburn will deliver field services that cover the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of KSC equipment. Another significant element of the agreement is Kilburn’s designation as KSC’s official sales representative in India for turbo dryers and rotary atomizers.
