Kennametal India is set to participate in EXCON 2025, South Asia’s largest construction equipment exhibition, scheduled from December 9–13, 2025, at the BIEC Grounds in Bengaluru. During the event, the company will showcase a broad range of solutions covering road rehabilitation, foundation drilling, surface mining, and engineered wear protection—focused on maximizing productivity, efficiency, and equipment longevity across multiple sectors.
In the foundation drilling category, the display will include conical cutting tools, weldable teeth, quick-change systems, holders, sleeves, and specialized installation tools designed for pile boring equipment and diaphragm wall cutters. These components are developed to deliver performance in challenging geological environments.
For road rehabilitation, Kennametal will feature its Road King™ range, including conical tools, holders, base blocks, and pullers built for consistent cutting efficiency, improved wear life, and minimized downtime. Alongside this lineup, the Next-Gen RK Series will be showcased, offering advanced durability and reliability for milling, pavement removal, and recycling applications.
Solutions for surface mining will include multiple styles of surface miner picks, step-shank conicals, dedicated cutting blocks, and accessories engineered to improve cutting penetration and wear resistance in abrasive and mixed formations. The trenching and micro-trenching segment will highlight conical cutters, holders, and heavy-duty blocks in various diameters designed for accurate cutting performance and extended tool life in telecom, utility, and narrow-cut operations.
Visitors will also be able to explore Kennametal’s KenCast™ wear-protection technology, featuring a tungsten carbide overlay bonded to a steel base, engineered to shield high-impact machine components from severe abrasion. In addition to hardware innovations, the company will introduce a new digital selection tool designed for earth-cutting applications. Users can input specific job conditions and instantly receive product recommendations tailored to their requirements.
The solution will be available to explore at a dedicated app experience center, featuring touch-based demonstrations and guided support. Kennametal representatives and application experts will be available throughout the event at Booth J307 in Hall 4 for product consultations, live demos, and technical discussions.
