Kaynes Technology, a leading electronics component manufacturer, has announced strategic investments in three companies to strengthen its footprint in the aerospace and advanced technology sectors. The company has acquired an 11.13% equity stake in Tranzmeo IT Solutions Pvt Ltd for approximately ₹43 crore. Tranzmeo is a deep-tech enterprise that specializes in converting passive fiber-optic networks into intelligent, long-range sensing systems—technology with strong applications across infrastructure and defense sectors.
In a parallel move to broaden its aerospace capabilities, Kaynes has acquired a 76% stake in both Aerocaliph Components and Cryo Precision Technologies, for ₹60.27 lakh and ₹7.03 lakh respectively. Both firms operate in aerospace manufacturing, offering components and technologies aligned with defense, aviation, and space systems.
According to the company’s regulatory filing, these acquisitions are aimed at scaling up production capabilities in response to emerging opportunities within India’s growing aerospace industry. The move is seen as a forward-looking step to position Kaynes as a key supplier in high-value, precision-driven segments.
All transactions are expected to close by September 30, 2025, subject to customary approvals and closing conditions. The investments signal Kaynes Technology’s continued efforts to diversify its operations and tap into sectors with high growth potential.
