KAW Veloce Motors Pvt. Ltd., a key player in India’s automotive sector and part of the KAW Group, has unveiled plans for a strategic collaboration with Brixton Motorcycles Austria, aiming to bring a range of distinctive motorcycles to the Indian market. This partnership marks a significant step towards enhancing urban mobility options and expanding Brixton Motorcycles’ footprint in India.
Brixton Motorcycles, a brand under the renowned Austrian family business KSR Group, is celebrated for its retro-inspired designs, affordability, and suitability for urban riding, coupled with extensive customization options. KAW Veloce Motors plans to introduce four exciting Brixton models in India during the upcoming festive season: Crossfire 500X, Crossfire 500XC, Cromwell 1200, and Cromwell 1200X. These models are poised to cater to diverse rider preferences, blending heritage aesthetics with modern technology.
Looking forward, the partnership outlines a comprehensive expansion strategy. In the initial phase, KAW Veloce Motors will establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. This facility is slated to have an annual production capacity exceeding 40,000 units, focusing initially on bringing existing Brixton motorcycle models with engine capacities ranging from 500cc to 1200cc to the Indian market.
Phase two of the expansion will witness joint efforts in product development specifically tailored for the Indian market. This collaborative initiative will take place at Brixton Motorcycles’ Austria Design Center, leveraging innovative design capabilities and expanding manufacturing capabilities to meet local demand effectively.

These outlets will be strategically located in key cities across India, including Pune/PCMC, Mumbai, Thane, Nashik, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Cochin, Coimbatore, Ahmedabad, Surat, Vapi, and Panjim.
KAW Veloce Motors, with its robust experience in the manufacturing sector, ensures stringent quality standards and innovation in motorcycle production. Enthusiasts can anticipate upcoming releases from Brixton Motorcycles, including the global launch of the Storr 500 adventure touring bike in November, set to debut in India shortly thereafter.
