Jupiter International, a prominent manufacturer of photovoltaic solar cells and provider of solar power solutions, has announced plans to invest ₹6,500 crore over the next three years. This strategic investment aims to position the company as a leader in fully integrated solar manufacturing by expanding its capabilities across wafer production, solar cell manufacturing, and module assembly.
The new capacities include 3 GW for wafers, 9.4 GW for cells, and 6 GW for modules, enabling Jupiter to meet growing market demands with advanced and reliable solar solutions. By integrating wafer production and scaling up module assembly, the company gains complete control over its value chain, ensuring higher quality standards, greater efficiency, and optimized costs. This holistic approach bolsters Jupiter’s ability to deliver high-performance, sustainable solar products.
