JSW Steel’s Crude Steel Output stays steady in April

JSW Steel reported a consolidated crude steel production of 21.21 lakh tonnes (LT) for April, maintaining a steady output compared to 21.13 LT in April 2023. In India, the company produced 20.55 LT of crude steel, slightly up from 20.33 LT during the same period last year. However, JSW Steel USA – Ohio saw a decline, producing 0.66 LT in April, down from 0.80 LT the previous year.

On the stock market, JSW Steel was trading 0.42% lower at ₹850 around 12:28 PM, compared to the previous close of ₹853.60 on the NSE. During intraday trading, the stock fluctuated between a high of ₹851.90 and a low of ₹830.
