In a landmark move for the automotive industry, JSW Motors has partnered with KPIT Technologies to push the boundaries of clean and smart mobility in India. This strategic alliance aims to deliver cutting-edge vehicle technologies and set new standards for sustainable transportation.
Leveraging KPIT’s two decades of global expertise in software and systems integration—across over 2,000 vehicle programs and several Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) initiatives—this collaboration will play a key role in advancing JSW Motors’ mission to redefine the country’s automotive landscape. JSW Motors, the automotive venture of the JSW Group, is making bold strides with a planned $3 billion investment over five years.
This investment will power the development of electric, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The company’s first New Energy Vehicle (NEV) is scheduled to hit Indian roads by the second half of FY2026. The partnership not only underscores KPIT’s strengthened commitment to India but also lays the foundation for a powerful collaboration aimed at offering superior customer experiences and propelling India’s transition to next-generation mobility.

JSW Motors is setting up a 630-acre integrated automotive hub in Bidkin, Maharashtra, to support its manufacturing plans. The facility will serve as a base for developing high-efficiency mobility solutions tailored to Indian needs with global benchmarks.
