Jindal Aluminium, one of India’s largest aluminum extrusion company, has announced the launch of its latest venture – a Fabrication division. This latest venture aligns with the company’s recent introduction of an environment-friendly powder coating unit, reflecting Jindal Aluminium’s vision to provide comprehensive and value-added solutions to its customers.
Established in 1968 by Sitaram Jindal, Jindal Aluminium Limited is one of the leading organizations in the production of aluminum products. Known for its state-of-the-art facility and expertise in crafting intricate aluminum profiles, the company is also the largest producers of aluminum extruded and the second-largest producer of aluminum flat-rolled products in India. Jindal Aluminium’s core philosophy centers on contributing to an enriched society through innovative and excellently manufactured aluminum products.
Jindal Aluminium is the first Indian aluminum extrusion company to achieve Hartford Steam Boiler (HSB) and ISO 9002 certification, which has been revalidated in line with the IS/ISO 9001:2015 standards. The company also boasts certifications from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) for marine applications and AS9100D aerospace certification, showcasing its commitment to meeting stringent industry standards.
The foundation of the newly established fabrication unit is laid on cutting-edge machinery and equipment, driven by a team of skilled professionals with over a decade of experience in cutting, punching, and operating four-axis machines. The primary objective of this division is to address the challenges associated with engineered aluminum fabrication, further solidifying Jindal Aluminium’s reputation for innovation and industry leadership.
At the heart of this Fabrication division is state-of-the-art technology, including the Four Axis Machining Center, facilitating a range of operations such as drilling, slot milling, angle drilling, tapping, pocket milling, and grooving. Complementing this, the company employs automated Sawing Machines, featuring renowned models like the FOM Industries Mirage 600 and Panda 400, ensuring precision, high speed, and maximum efficiency in executing cutting operations.
The Single Head Cutting Saw offers versatile cut lengths, while the Punching Machine, equipped with an in-house designed punching die tool, delivers services such as slot punching, pocket punching, and hole punching, all seamlessly integrated with an auto feeding system. Every mechanical operation, from automatic straight cutting to slot punching and drilling, is meticulously calibrated to uphold excellence at every stage of production.

The newly inaugurated Fabrication division, in its current phase, is positioned to cater to the building and construction sector.
