The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed during the India-South Africa Business Conclave, organized by the India-South Africa Chamber of Commerce (ISAAC).

The collaboration will focus on exploring mutually beneficial commercial opportunities and developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-class solutions for targeted customers.
This collaboration designates Tech Mahindra as a global partner for Jendamark’s Odin Manufacturing—an innovative suite of digital solutions tailored to enhance productivity and operational efficiencies across industries. Together, the companies will explore opportunities to co-develop, implement, and support enterprise-level solutions, empowering businesses of all sizes with cutting-edge digital tools.
The MOU was signed by Himanshu Jadhav, CEO and Director of Jendamark India, and Teenu Tyagi, Head of Tech Mahindra’s Business Growth and Strategy Program. Shweta Anirudh, Marketing Head of Jendamark India, and Sachin Kulkarni, Global Head of Automotive Vertical Consulting and Solutions of Tech Mahindra, were also present.
