Jeh Aerospace, an emerging leader in precision aerospace manufacturing, has announced the appointment of Anuradha Das as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). This key leadership addition underscores the company’s commitment to building a skilled, future-ready workforce and fostering a culture rooted in strong values and high performance.
With a proven history of shaping people strategies on a large scale, Anuradha brings a wealth of experience in human resources, organizational design, and inclusive leadership. Her career spans over two decades with some of the world’s most prominent organizations. Noteworthy roles include serving as Chief of People Strategy at Jaguar Land Rover Technology and Business Services Limited India, and as the first Chief Diversity Officer at Tata Motors.
She also made history as the first female Plant HR Head at Tata Motors’ Sanand and Pune facilities and played a pivotal role in creating progressive, long-term industrial relations, including leading landmark agreements with trade unions. At Jeh Aerospace, Anuradha will lead efforts to develop a high-performance, inclusive work environment. Her responsibilities will include shaping the company’s people and culture framework, from talent acquisition to organizational design, leadership development, performance management, and learning initiatives.

This appointment comes as Jeh Aerospace experiences rapid growth. The company recently launched the Jeh Centre of Aerospace Skill (JCAS), India’s first Centre of Excellence focused on aerospace manufacturing talent. Jeh Aerospace was also honored as ‘Emerging Manufacturer of the Year’ at The Machinist Super Shopfloor Awards 2024 and earned international recognition as ‘Top New Supplier of the Year’ by RH Aero Systems, a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer.
