Jaya Hind Industries Pvt Ltd has installed India’s largest 4400-tonne high-pressure die-casting machine at its Urse facility near Pune. This advanced machine, sourced from Buhler-Switzerland, represents a significant leap in the aluminum casting industry, enabling the production of complex and large structural components with unmatched precision and efficiency.
The machine is designed to manufacture a wide range of aluminum parts, including structural components such as cradles, shock towers, and housings, as well as high-performance parts for electric vehicles. Its versatility extends to heavy-duty applications like transmission and flywheel housings for commercial vehicles.

With over 45 die-casting machines ranging from 160t to 4400t, Jaya Hind Industries operates across Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Madhya Pradesh, and Germany, providing aluminum casting solutions to leading global and domestic Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), including BMW, Volkswagen, Cummins, Ford, and Tata Motors. The company also has a licensing agreement with KS-Huayu, Germany, for producing cylinder blocks and structural components.
