Jash Engineering Ltd, a leading global provider of water and wastewater engineering solutions, is proud to announce the commissioning of its newest manufacturing facility in Chennai. This strategic milestone underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its production capacity, enhancing technological capabilities, and reinforcing its position across both domestic and international markets.

The Chennai plant—part of Jash Engineering’s multi-location growth strategy—spans approximately 60,000 sq ft and became fully operational in February 2025, with a total investment of around ₹20 crore. Upon reaching peak capacity, it is expected to contribute up to ₹100 crore annually to the company’s revenue . This addition complements the company’s existing network of six integrated manufacturing units located in Indore, Pithampur, the USA, and the UK.

In tandem, Jash Engineering is progressing on a second major facility—an SEZ-based plant in Indore, designed for stainless-steel products tailored to exports. Scheduled for completion by December 2025, this ₹23 crore facility is forecasted to similarly deliver ₹100 crore in annual revenue .

“We are thrilled to launch our Chennai facility, which aligns perfectly with our goal of sustaining industry‑leading growth and achieving our FY25 revenue target of approximately ₹675 crore,” said Pratik Patel, CMD, highlighting the company’s robust ₹933 – ₹946 crore order book as of early 2025 . First-half results were impressive, with consolidated revenue rising 44–46%, EBITDA margins holding at ~17%, and PAT margins expanding to 12% .

The new plants will bolster Jash’s capacity to serve its global clientele in sectors such as desalination, petrochemicals, infrastructure, and waste treatment. This expansion also supports its international ambitions, including plans for a U.S. manufacturing extension and an office in Houston by February 2026.

Pratik Patel added: “By strategically scaling our production footprint, investing in advanced manufacturing, and increasing domestic and global output, we reinforce our competitive edge and sustainably accelerate value creation for stakeholders.”

Founded in Indore, Jash Engineering delivers high-precision equipment and services for water and wastewater applications across industries including cement, petrochemicals, fertilizers, and energy. Operating six manufacturing facilities and serving clients in over 45 countries, the company is accelerating global expansion through continuous innovation and technical excellence.
