izmomicro, a division of izmo Ltd, has announced a significant advancement in motor control technology with the launch of its new Galvanic Isolated Hex Bridge Inverter. Designed for three-phase Servo/BLDC motors, the system integrates controller and driver functionalities, delivering 100 amps of continuous current at 48 VDC while ensuring galvanic isolation for enhanced safety and reliability.

Purpose-built as a BLDC motor controller, the solution addresses the growing demand for compact, efficient, and safe motor control across industrial automation, robotics, electric mobility, aerospace, and defense. The innovation combines power electronics, isolation systems, and advanced motor control logic in a single architecture, requiring precision design in thermal management, EMI suppression, current handling, and safety engineering. The inverter has already been shipped to a major public sector manufacturer, validating its performance in real-world, mission-critical operations.

Sanjay Soni, Managing Director, izmo Ltd, said “This controller marks an important milestone for izmomicro, uniting our capabilities in power electronics, systems design, and manufacturing. Technologies like these will fuel India’s fast-growing industrial and EV ecosystem. By developing this product entirely in-house, we showcase not only advanced design expertise but also India’s ability to deliver globally competitive solutions.”

izmomicro is steadily positioning itself as a hub for semiconductor packaging, power electronics, and system design, with several notable design achievements already secured. The company is preparing to expand its manufacturing footprint to support high-volume requirements in automotive, automation, and energy sectors.

With the global power electronics market projected to exceed USD 40 billion by 2030, driven by electric vehicles, renewable energy, and automation, India’s EV market alone is expected to grow at a 49% CAGR between 2023 and 2030. Motor controllers such as izmomicro’s latest inverter will be central to delivering the efficiency, safety, and reliability needed for this transformation.
