Isuzu Motors India Launches New Skill Development Centre in Noida

Isuzu Motors India has inaugurated the ‘Isuzu Skill Development and Experience Centre’ in Noida, enhancing its commitment to training and expanding its service network. This new facility is designed to offer comprehensive skill development for ISUZU dealer technicians, supporting the company’s ongoing network growth.

Located in Sector-10, the centre will focus on equipping service managers, advisors, and technicians from ISUZU’s dealer partners in northern India and surrounding regions with advanced technical skills. It features a brand experience area with a permanent display of two ISUZU vehicles in a thematic environment, complementing the company’s existing skill development centre in Chennai, which has been operational since 2014.

The Noida centre will provide extensive training programs covering technical aspects of ISUZU vehicles, including both classroom instruction and hands-on sessions in live work bays. These programs will address routine maintenance as well as advanced drivetrain management. Each session will accommodate 15-20 dealer personnel, guided by dedicated ISUZU service coaches.

Toru Kishimoto, Deputy Managing Director of the company, highlighted the importance of training in delivering high-quality service and maintaining customer satisfaction. The centre will also prepare technicians for the biennial ‘I-1 Grand Prix World Technical Competition,’ where Team India has previously achieved top 10 rankings among 24 countries.
