Invicta Diagnostic Limited, which is preparing to launch its initial public offering, has received a 1.37% strategic investment through a secondary share transaction by Acharya Manish Grover, Founder and Managing Director of Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited. Grover purchased 1.27 lakh equity shares, signalling strong confidence in the company’s expansion plans and its forthcoming market debut. This development comes shortly after Invicta Diagnostic’s June 2025 funding round, which drew participation from notable investors such as Sandeep Singh, Siddharth Nahar of Sapphire Capital, and the Grobiz SME Opportunity Fund, ahead of the company’s DRHP submission.
Commenting on the investment, Promoter Rohit Prakash Srivastava said, “We are grateful for the trust placed in us by respected industry leaders. Their support reinforces the strength of our business model and energises our vision to build a scalable, future-ready diagnostics network as we progress towards our IPO.”
Invicta Diagnostic Limited operates under the brand “PC Diagnostics” and provides a comprehensive mix of radiology and pathology services across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The company aims to raise ₹28.12 crore through its public issue, which consists of a fresh issue of up to 33,08,800 equity shares of ₹10 each via the book-built route.
Socradamus Capital Private Limited is acting as the sole Book Running Lead Manager for the IPO, while Bigshare Services Private Limited has been appointed as the Registrar. Of the total funds expected to be raised, Invicta Diagnostic plans to allocate up to ₹21.11 crore toward capital expenditure for medical equipment required to establish five new diagnostic centres in Maharashtra. The remainder will be used for corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.
The company’s operational structure includes a flagship hub in Thane, three additional hubs operated through subsidiaries, three spoke centres (one of which is run through a subsidiary), and a centralised lab located within one of the spoke facilities. Its service portfolio includes around 60 routine and 487 specialised pathology tests, along with approximately 96 basic and 130 advanced radiology investigations across multiple medical disciplines.
“PC Diagnostics” was conceptualised and established by radiologists Dr Ketan Jayantilal Jain and Dr Sanket Vinod Jain, who serve as Promoters and Non-Executive Directors. As first-generation healthcare entrepreneurs with more than 15 years and 7 years of experience respectively, they have been instrumental in shaping the company’s growth journey.
The promoter group also includes Dr Ketan Jayantilal Jain, Dr Sanket Vinod Jain, Rohit Prakash Srivastava, Badal Kailash Naredi, and Jayesh Prakash Jain. Their collective leadership, supported by the senior management team, has played a crucial role in defining and executing the organisation’s strategic roadmap.
