The Intralogistics & Warehousing Expo 2026 is scheduled to be held from 14–16 May 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre, Mumbai. Recognized as one of South Asia’s largest gatherings for the warehousing, logistics, and supply chain sectors, the event will bring together industry professionals, technology providers, and decision-makers from across the country and beyond.
Organized by Future Market Events, the exhibition enters its fifth edition with strong industry participation. More than 275 exhibitors are expected to showcase over 1,500 products and solutions spanning warehouse management, automation, material handling, robotics, storage systems, and supply chain technologies. The show is anticipated to draw a wide audience, including manufacturers, logistics firms, retailers, e-commerce companies, pharmaceutical organizations, and distributors.
A diverse range of companies from across the logistics and automation ecosystem will present innovations aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and strengthening supply chain performance. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore new technologies through live demonstrations and direct engagement with solution providers.
The expo will be held alongside two co-located events—Material Handling Expo and Pharma Supply Chain Expo—creating a comprehensive platform that covers multiple aspects of logistics and industrial operations under one roof. In addition to the exhibition, two industry-focused conferences will run concurrently: the Warehousing & Supply Chain Summit and the Pharma Supply Chain Summit. These forums will feature discussions on key industry themes such as automation, digital transformation, cold chain logistics, and supply chain resilience. The Pharma Supply Chain Summit, themed “Powering Pharma Supply Chain: From Strategy to Execution,” will focus on building efficient and compliant distribution systems within the pharmaceutical sector.
Senior professionals from leading organizations will participate as speakers, sharing practical insights and real-world experiences. A dedicated CEO Roundtable will also be आयोजित as a closed-door session, bringing together industry leaders and policymakers to discuss challenges, regulatory developments, and collaborative opportunities.
The event will host an international delegation from Sri Lanka, encouraging cross-border collaboration and business exchange. Support from various industry associations further strengthens the event’s reach and ensures broad participation across sectors. With networking sessions, curated meetings, and knowledge-sharing platforms, the Intralogistics & Warehousing Expo 2026 aims to serve as a hub for innovation, partnerships, and future-ready solutions in logistics and supply chain management.
