Interarch Building Solutions Limited, a leading provider of turnkey pre-engineered and multi-storey steel building solutions, announced two major steps in its growth journey. The company has commissioned Phase 2 of its Andhra Pradesh facility for pre-engineered buildings (PEBs) and inaugurated a new state-of-the-art Box Column Line at its Kichha plant in Uttarakhand. These developments, backed by an investment of ₹53 crore, are expected to create over 200 direct and indirect jobs while supporting regional industrial growth.
Arvind Nanda, Managing Director of Interarch, stated, “The commissioning of Phase 2 at our Andhra Pradesh facility is a significant milestone for Interarch. It is now our fourth fully integrated PEB plant in India, strengthening our ability to meet rising demands in sectors such as Renewables, Automobiles, Electronics, EV infrastructure, and FMCG. With this expansion, we are enhancing capacity, creating employment, and reaffirming our leadership in pre-engineered and heavy steel structures.”
Gautam Suri, Whole Time Director, added, “The new Box Column Line at Kichha is a strategic move to enhance our capacity for multi-storey and heavy steel structures. This upgrade allows us to deliver faster, flexible, and cost-effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.”
Located in Athivaram Village, Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, the Phase 2 facility has an installed capacity of 25,000 MT per annum and is supported by an investment of approximately ₹32 crore. With this expansion, the facility has become a fully integrated PEB plant, positioned near industrial corridors and ports. It will serve high-growth sectors such as Renewables, EV infrastructure, Semiconductor manufacturing, e-commerce, warehousing, data centers, automotive, and infrastructure projects across South and West India.
At the Kichha facility in Uttarakhand, Interarch has installed a new Box Column Line, expanding its annual production capacity by 15,000 MT with an investment of ₹21 crore. The line features advanced automation and precision tooling to manufacture large-format box sections (up to 1500 x 1500 mm from 50 mm thick plates). These sections are known for their superior torsional strength, corrosion resistance, and versatility, ideal for high-rise buildings, data centers, and other complex steel structures.
With these expansions, Interarch continues to support the Government of India’s ‘Make in India’ initiative by enhancing domestic manufacturing capabilities and infrastructure. The company operates multiple modern facilities with integrated design, engineering, and project management services, catering to a wide range of industries.
