Interarch Building Products, a prominent name in pre-engineered building solutions, aims to double its turnover to Rs 2,500 crore by 2028, according to Managing Director Arvind Nanda. Recently listed, the company recorded Rs 1,293 crore in revenue for FY24 and raised Rs 600 crore through an initial public offering (IPO), which it plans to invest in capital upgrades, systems improvements, and other corporate needs.
Nanda noted that Interarch is enhancing capacity at its current three plants, alongside constructing a fourth facility in Andhra Pradesh to further boost production. The company also acquired 51,926 square meters of land in Gujarat, where a fifth integrated manufacturing plant is set to launch next year.
With an existing footprint that includes state-of-the-art facilities in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Uttarakhand, Interarch is expanding to meet rising demand for premium pre-engineered buildings. The company has executed major projects for clients like Asian Paints, Timken, Micron (via Tata Projects Ltd), Asahi Glass, and MG Motors in Gujarat. As of October 29, Interarch’s order book stands strong at Rs 1,303 crore, positioning it well for its ambitious growth targets.
