Integrum Energy Inks an MoU at the Vibrant Gujarat 2024

Wind-Solar-Hybrid-Project

Integrum Energy and the Gujarat Government have entered into a MoU during the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2024. The agreement outlines Integrum Energy’s commitment to facilitating the establishment of 700-800 mw of wind and solar hybrid projects in Gujarat over the next five years. This initiative is set to require an investment of Rs 5000 Crore.

Integrum Energy, one of the dynamic players in the energy sector, specializes in renewable energy projects. It is committed to driving the transition towards cleaner and more efficient power sources. With a focus on solar and wind energy initiatives, the company leverages cutting-edge technologies to deliver environmentally friendly power solutions.

The company revolutionizes the energy landscape with comprehensive solutions that empower industrial and commercial clients to both own and utilize power generated from innovative green energy hybrid projects. The company works towards optimal access to affordable green energy, ensuring a cost-effective solution for consumers.

Furthermore, its initiatives will play a pivotal role in bolstering Gujarat’s economy by fostering growth, generating employment, and creating additional business prospects within the renewable energy sector. This will serve as a catalyst for increased investments downstream, as industries stand to enhance their profitability and efficiency through the adoption of economically viable wind and solar power sources.

The formalization of the MoU underscores the shared resolve to promote innovation, stimulate economic advancement, and uphold environmental stewardship. The company stands out as one of the pioneers in the initial stages of hybrid wind and solar project development, having deployed both co-located and interconnected systems linked to a shared pooling substation.

Within a brief two-year timeframe, they have executed and activated nearly 150 megawatts of combined wind and solar initiatives, predominantly in the hybrid configuration. Presently, they are actively advancing the implementation of over 200 megawatts of projects across the states of Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Karnataka.

IE has taken a leading role in crafting an optimization model for power portfolios, empowering clients to optimize their procurement of green energy at the most economical rates. This approach allows clients to effectively align with their sustainability goals while concurrently minimizing their expenditure on power.

The company’s transaction structure, based on capital expenditure (capex), encompasses the entire spectrum of project initiation, development, and commissioning, extending to the management of power portfolios and the ongoing care of assets throughout their lifecycle.

As a platform enabling the hybridization and integration of Solar and Wind at Low Voltage, Integrum Energy has played a pivotal role in facilitating large enterprises to achieve 100 percent Renewable Energy (RE) sourcing, thereby contributing to a net-zero environment. The innovative solutions provided by Integrum Energy have resulted in a reduction of more than 50 percent in the average energy costs for its clients.
