Inox Wind Limited announced on Tuesday that it has secured a significant order for 51 MW from Everrenew Energy Private Ltd, focusing on equipment supply for its advanced 3 MW Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs). The company will also deliver multi-year operations and maintenance (O&M) services following the commissioning of the project, which is set to take place in Tamil Nadu.

Kailash Tarachandani, CEO of Inox Wind, expressed enthusiasm about the deal, stating, “We are thrilled to receive this 51 MW order from Everrenew. We look forward to fostering a successful partnership and are encouraged by the strong demand for our turbines and services as India progresses towards its renewable energy goals.”

R Venkatesh, CEO of Everrenew Energy, highlighted the importance of the partnership, saying, “At Everrenew, we are dedicated to meeting the growing energy needs of our clients with sustainable solutions. Collaborating with Inox Wind will support us in fulfilling our project commitments and advancing renewable energy adoption in the commercial and industrial sector.”

Earlier in July, Inox Wind reported the successful infusion of approximately ₹900 crore by its promoter, Inox Wind Energy Limited (IWEL). The funds, acquired through block deals on stock exchanges, will be used to eliminate external term debt, positioning Inox Wind as net debt-free.

The company is a prominent player in the Indian wind energy sector, specializing in the manufacturing and supply of wind turbine generators (WTGs). The company is known for its advanced wind turbine technology and comprehensive services, which include project execution, operations, and maintenance.

Inox Wind‘s commitment to supporting India’s renewable energy goals is evident in its large-scale projects and partnerships with various industry stakeholders. The company has played a significant role in advancing wind energy infrastructure across the country, contributing to the growth of sustainable power solutions and helping India move towards its ambitious renewable energy targets.
