Inox Wind Ltd has announced the ongoing execution of a 990 MW turnkey wind energy project for Purvah Green Private Ltd, a subsidiary of the RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group. The project is part of a larger 1,500 MW framework agreement signed between the two companies. Work is currently underway across several sites in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.
According to a statement from Inox Wind, the company has received all advance payments for the project, with commissioning set to begin in phases from the financial year 2025-26. The agreement marks a key step in Inox Wind’s expansion and highlights its growing role in India’s wind energy sector.
“This is a significant order for us from a respected client,” said Kailash Tarachandani, Group CEO of Inox Wind. “We are now executing the full 990 MW capacity across multiple sites, with phased commissioning expected to begin in FY26. This project reinforces our position as a leading provider of turnkey wind solutions and strengthens our partnership with Purvah.”
Purvah Green, the renewable energy arm of the RP-SanjivGoenka Group, is building a wide portfolio of solar and wind energy projects in states including Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, and Karnataka.
