Infosys and Siemens AG Expand Partnership to Enhance Digital Learning with AI

Infosys (NSE: INFY) (BSE: INFY) (NYSE: INFY), a global technology services and consulting leader, has strengthened its collaboration with Siemens AG to advance digital learning through generative AI. This initiative aims to provide over 250,000 Siemens employees worldwide with personalized upskilling opportunities via an enhanced digital learning platform, My Learning World. The platform will integrate Infosys Topaz, an AI-first solution leveraging generative AI, and Infosys Wingspan, an AI-powered enterprise learning system.

The upgraded platform introduces key AI-driven features, including a knowledge assistant that provides instant answers and tailored learning recommendations, AI-assisted content creation in multiple languages, a real-time chatbot for course navigation, and a virtual tutor that streamlines content through summaries, translations, and customized learning styles.

Jenny Lin, Global Head of Learning & Growth at Siemens AG, emphasized the importance of continuous learning in maintaining Siemens’ competitive edge. “By integrating generative AI into our digital learning ecosystem, we empower our employees to enhance their skills and drive innovation,” she said.

Jasmeet Singh, Executive Vice President and Global Head of Manufacturing at Infosys, highlighted the transformative impact of AI in learning. “This collaboration is a testament to Siemens’ dedication to fostering a dynamic learning culture. By embedding generative AI into My Learning World, we are enabling a more engaging and effective learning experience,” he stated.

Currently, Siemens’ digital learning platform serves 216,000 active users with access to 178,000 learning materials. The My Skills feature, utilized by 65,000 employees, identifies skill gaps and suggests relevant courses to align with organizational goals. Additionally, a new customer-facing platform, developed with Infosys, will offer over 300 technical courses to 50,000 external participants, including Siemens’ system integrators. This expanded partnership underscores Infosys and Siemens’ commitment to leveraging AI-driven technology to create a future-ready workforce, strengthening their long-standing collaboration in digital transformation and skill development.
