Infogain, a leading digital customer experience engineering firm headquartered in Silicon Valley, has announced the appointment of Soma Pandey as its new Chief People Officer. Based in Bengaluru, Soma will report directly to Dinesh Venugopal, CEO of Infogain.
In this role, she will oversee the company’s global people strategy, aligning talent and cultural initiatives to build a future-oriented organization focused on innovation, inclusivity, and growth. Soma is known for her expertise in creating high-performing teams, driving digital transformation, and fostering an inclusive workplace where every individual is valued and empowered.

Soma holds an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Science from Banaras Hindu University. She is an active speaker and contributor to prominent HR forums, including NASSCOM and NHRD.
