Infineon Technologies AG has once again been declared as the Dow Jones Sustainability™ World Index holder, marking the 14th consecutive year of recognition for its commitment to sustainability. The announcement was made by S&P Global last Friday in New York, USA. The Dow Jones Sustainability Index is considered to be an important criteria for sustainability, featuring some of the leading companies from 61 industries. The evaluation is based on companies’ economic, environmental, and social performance, aiming to assist investors in aligning their portfolios with sustainability aspects.

The company has around 58,600 employees worldwide and generated revenue of about €16.3 billion in the 2023 fiscal year (ending 30 September).
