Indium, a digital engineering company focused on AI-led innovation, has announced the appointment of Ram Khizamboor as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). The move is part of the company’s strategy to scale its delivery capabilities and strengthen global operations.
Ram Khizamboor brings over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, with a strong track record of leading transformation programs for Fortune 500 and Global 2000 clients. Most recently, he served as the Chief Delivery Officer at LTIMindtree, where he was responsible for end-to-end client delivery, global delivery operations, talent strategy, leadership development, and key initiatives including mergers and acquisitions. His prior experience spans senior leadership roles at Cognizant, Tata Consultancy Services, Target, and Danske IT, where he managed high-performing teams across both global system integrators and enterprise technology centers.
