The 5th edition of India Expo Shop will take place on August 12–13, 2025, at Yashobhoomi, Dwarka, New Delhi. Organised by the Indian Exhibitions, Conferences & Events Services Association (IESA), the show will spotlight the industry professionals and suppliers who power India’s large-scale business events and exhibitions—bringing together innovation, precision, and scale under one roof.
With over 100 key suppliers participating, the event will highlight how India’s event ecosystem is adopting new technologies, AI-driven solutions, and global best practices to deliver seamless experiences across MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) events. From managing high-profile summits like the G20 and DefExpo to delivering complex installations and AV setups, these experts are setting new standards for the industry.
“The MICE sector in India has evolved into a major economic contributor, hosting more than 35,000 corporate events each year,” said Jatinder Kapur, President of IESA. “Valued at USD 49.4 billion in 2024 and expected to grow to over USD 103 billion by 2030, the sector plays a vital role in Brand Bharat’s global identity. India Expo Shop 2025 celebrates the work of over 3,000 service providers who fuel this growth with their creativity, precision, and entrepreneurial drive.”
This edition is expected to draw more than 2,000 professionals and over 300 decision-makers from across the country. It will serve as a meeting ground for service providers, clients, and policy influencers to explore future directions for the industry. As India aspires to host global-scale events—from BRICS to the Olympic Games—this platform will play a key role in aligning infrastructure and talent to meet international expectations.

This year, we are introducing ‘Eventfully Bharat’, an initiative to provide emerging players and smaller enterprises a chance to showcase their offerings and connect with industry leaders.”
Debuting at this year’s event, EventFull Bharat 1.0 will serve as a launchpad for new ideas, tech startups, and forward-thinking businesses in the event services space. Entrepreneurs will present live pitches to a panel of industry leaders, international buyers, and potential investors. The initiative is aimed at sparking innovation, encouraging investment, and preparing India’s event sector for the next wave of global opportunity.
