Hyva is set to showcase its latest advancements at BAUMA 2025, the world’s premier event for construction, building materials, and mining machinery. This marks the company’s debut as a part of JOST World, underscoring its dedication to providing innovative and efficient transport solutions. From April 7-13, 2025, visitors will be able to explore Hyva’s latest offerings at outdoor stand FN921/2 in Munich, Germany.

Hyva is set to showcase a broad range of innovative solutions aimed at enhancing safety, efficiency, and sustainability across multiple sectors. With a focus on modernizing operations and supporting environmentally responsible practices, the company will highlight its latest advancements in hydraulic and digital technologies.

A key highlight is the Digital Tipping Solutions (DTS Guide), designed to increase safety and productivity in tipper truck operations. This system features an onboard unit for drivers and a cloud-based platform for fleet managers. It delivers real-time data that helps prevent accidents, improves operational decision-making, and ultimately boosts profitability through smarter fleet management.

The introduction of the ePowerBox100 marks a significant step toward electrification. This side-mounted electric power take-off (ePTO) is built for electric vehicles equipped with hydraulic systems. By optimizing the conversion of electric energy to hydraulic power, the ePowerBox increases overall energy efficiency and reduces operational noise, contributing to quieter and more eco-friendly vehicle performance.

Hyva will also present its latest range of mining cylinders, including the Alpha UHD-PRO front-end cylinders and USE underbody cylinders. Engineered for heavy-duty mining applications, these components can support loads of up to 160 tons. A world-first hydraulic suspension cylinder for wide-body mining tippers will also be introduced, offering enhanced stability and performance in rugged conditions.

In the Titan range of hookloaders, the spotlight will be on the T24-60-S PRO model. This 24-tonne hookloader is up to 350 kg lighter than previous models and features a lower installation height, which improves both fuel efficiency and transport capacity. It also provides a greater tipping angle for handling more challenging materials and includes an optional electric radio remote for precise, programmable control.

Also part of the Titan family is the new TS18-41-TAZ skiploader, engineered for increased speed, safety, and functionality. It features market-leading telescopic reach for easier access in tight or uneven environments. Enhanced with a smart radio remote system, the skiploader incorporates advanced features such as auto-home sequence control and dynamic stability monitoring for safer operations.

In the lifting equipment category, Hyva Cranes will feature prominently. The HC183X is an 18-tonne-meter mid-sized crane designed for use in construction and logistics. It offers four hydraulic extensions, an advanced CE control system, and full radio control for precision. Also on display will be the HB152 from the CORE series, built for strength and simplicity, offering a cost-effective solution for markets requiring durable lifting capabilities.

For specialized transport needs, Hyva will unveil the TRIDEC TP-O Low suspension system. This swivel axle suspension is tailored for the European low-bed trailer market, providing a suspension travel of 600 mm and the lowest ride height in its class at 12 tons per axle line. The design includes a wider steering angle to accommodate high-volume and heavy-duty transportation requirements with exceptional reliability.

Hyva’s comprehensive range of solutions reflects its commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance equipment that addresses the evolving challenges of today’s industries. From mining and construction to logistics and electrification, each product is developed with a strong emphasis on safety, operational improvement, and environmental responsibility. Hyva’s exhibit at BAUMA 2025 will highlight its commitment to providing innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability across the transport and construction sectors.
