Hyster-Yale India has achieved the prestigious Great Place To Work® Certification for the period from January 2025 to January 2026. This recognition highlights the company’s dedication to nurturing a work environment centered on trust, teamwork, and the well-being of its employees.

Great Place To Work is a globally recognized authority on workplace culture. Since 1992, they have surveyed over 100 million employees worldwide, using these insights to define the key factors that make a workplace exceptional: trust. Their employee feedback platform offers leaders valuable real-time data and insights to help guide people-centered decisions.

The positive results from the survey reflect Hyster-Yale India’s strong commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace where employees feel respected and empowered. According to the survey, 98% of employees confirmed that the company ensures a physically secure work environment, surpassing industry norms. Furthermore, 91% of employees expressed trust in the company’s fair treatment policies, irrespective of race or caste.
