At ACMEE 2025, one of South India’s largest exhibitions for machine tools and automation, HSG Laser presented its latest lineup of advanced laser cutting systems. The company’s consistent performance in the Indian market was further affirmed as it secured the title of India’s No. 1 laser equipment brand for the third consecutive year (2023–2025).
At ACMEE 2025, HSG Laser made a strong impression at Booth D18 with the display of three advanced laser cutting systems. These machines are developed to meet the growing demand for precision, efficiency, and automation across industrial sectors. With a focus on delivering reliable, high-performance solutions, HSG aimed to showcase how its technology can raise the bar for manufacturing operations in India.
The G3015X stood out as a heavy-duty fiber laser cutting system built for high-volume production. It comes with an idle speed of 140 meters per minute and 1.5G acceleration, powered by the AlphaT Plus control system. These features enable faster throughput and accurate cutting, making the machine well-suited for industries such as automotive, machinery, and contract fabrication where speed and precision are critical.
Next in the spotlight was the R2, a versatile tube-cutting machine capable of handling round, square, and non-standard profiles up to 240 mm in diameter. It includes intelligent nesting for optimal material usage, minimal tailing, and automated material loading and unloading. These capabilities make it ideal for sectors like fitness equipment, furniture manufacturing, and metal structural work where varying designs and batch sizes are common.
The third system, the C3015, was designed with compact workspaces in mind. This flatbed cutter features an open-frame layout, a lightweight aluminum beam, and a dual-servo drive system. It is particularly useful for startups, small fabrication shops, and prototyping labs that require reliable cutting solutions without compromising on space or performance.
Since establishing its presence in India in 2012, HSG Laser has steadily invested in developing its local infrastructure. The company takes pride in the fact that 90% of its workforce in India comprises local professionals, reflecting a deep commitment to regional hiring, training, and long-term engagement with the local market.
In 2025, HSG strengthened its Indian support network through several key initiatives. It expanded regional spare parts warehouses to enable quicker delivery and reduce equipment downtime. New service centers have been opened in major industrial zones to shorten response times and improve service availability across the country.
To ensure high-quality support, the company continues to offer regular training programs for its engineers, helping them stay up to date with the latest technologies. HSG has also enhanced its customer service through multilingual support and culturally adapted communication, allowing smoother interactions and better alignment with customer needs. As a company spokesperson stated, the goal is to deliver not only advanced equipment but also dependable local support that customers can trust.
HSG Laser’s participation at ACMEE 2025 reinforces its goal of offering intelligent and efficient metalworking solutions worldwide—while tailoring those solutions to meet the practical needs of each market. With a growing footprint in India, the company continues to set high standards for innovation, performance, and service in the laser cutting industry.
