Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has unveiled a groundbreaking vision for simplifying hybrid IT operations through GreenLake Intelligence, a new AI-driven framework designed for seamless hybrid environments. By integrating agentic AIOps into nearly every layer of infrastructure, HPE is transforming its GreenLake cloud into an AI-powered hybrid cloud experience.

As businesses enter the AI-native era, many are hindered by outdated infrastructure, mounting technical debt, and the complexity of managing hybrid environments. The fusion of AIOps and agentic AI offers a unique opportunity to break free from these challenges and drive operational transformation.

“HPE is redefining hybrid IT like never before, guiding organizations from the complexity of traditional hybrid models to the simplicity of AI-powered cloud operations,” said Antonio Neri, President and CEO of HPE. “With agentic intelligence embedded in every layer of infrastructure, we’re helping enterprises unlock new levels of IT performance and operational efficiency.”

HPE’s GreenLake Intelligence is setting a bold new direction for hybrid IT by offering a unified operating model powered by agentic AIOps. This new framework is deeply integrated across HPE’s extensive hybrid cloud technology stack, solving the challenges of siloed workflows, slow troubleshooting, and underused IT resources. The result is a significant reduction in the operational burden for IT teams.

Accessible via GreenLake Copilot, GreenLake Intelligence deploys AI agents that work in real-time across various infrastructure layers — including storage, networking, compute, virtualization, cost operations, observability, sustainability, and business services. This helps optimize hybrid cloud environments, streamline processes, and improve decision-making.

Building on the GreenLake Intelligence framework, HPE is introducing new agentic mesh technology in its HPE Aruba Networking Central system. This AI-powered network management solution offers real-time root-cause analysis and automated remediation for complex network and security issues. The system leverages AI agents specifically designed to optimize security-first, AI-powered networking with contextually tuned models.

Launching in 2024, the OpsRamp Operations Copilot brings advanced agentic automation to IT operations across full-stack infrastructure. It will enable faster issue detection and resolution, with human oversight. Through GreenLake Intelligence, the OpsRamp copilot acts as a multi-domain system, automating tasks like root-cause analysis, capacity planning, and incident management across compute, network, storage, and software layers.

At HPE Discover Las Vegas 2025, HPE will preview the X10000, powered by agentic AI and the new Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. This cutting-edge storage solution will allow developers and administrators to manage data through natural language interfaces or GreenLake Copilot, enhancing AI workflows with real-time data and metadata intelligence.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has introduced GreenLake Intelligence, a revolutionary AI framework designed to simplify and enhance hybrid IT operations. This new approach integrates agentic AIOps across various infrastructure layers, transforming HPE’s GreenLake cloud into a powerful, AI-driven hybrid cloud platform. By addressing legacy challenges like siloed workflows, underutilized resources, and manual troubleshooting, GreenLake Intelligence enables faster, smarter, and more efficient hybrid IT management. This innovation helps enterprises move from traditional complexity to streamlined, AI-powered operations.

As organizations face growing pressures to innovate quickly, many are held back by outdated infrastructure and the complexity of managing expansive hybrid environments. The combination of AIOps and agentic AI offers a unique opportunity to overcome these hurdles, delivering faster, more efficient IT operations. HPE’s new vision for hybrid IT focuses on enabling organizations to unlock their full potential, achieving higher levels of operational performance and efficiency with the help of AI-driven automation.

In addition to GreenLake Intelligence, HPE is transforming its Aruba Networking solutions with AI-powered agentic mesh technology. This integration allows HPE’s Aruba Networking Central system to provide real-time root-cause analysis and automated remediation for network and security issues. The system is driven by intelligent agents specifically designed to optimize AI-powered networking, providing enhanced security and improved performance. HPE is also expanding its OpsRamp software with advanced agentic automation, enhancing IT operations across the full stack to enable quicker issue detection and resolution.
