Hinduja Tech Limited (HT), a global engineering R&D services company, has signed an agreement to acquire TECOSIM Group. This acquisition will help Hinduja Tech expand in Europe and strengthen its position in mobility engineering services. TECOSIM Group has over 650 employees and brings valuable expertise to Hinduja Tech. This deal will improve Hinduja Tech’s capabilities and market reach, especially for European customers.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in the next few months, pending approvals. Once complete, Hinduja Tech and TECOSIM will integrate their resources. They plan to create a unified brand that reflects their shared vision and commitment to top-quality technical services.
This follows Hinduja Tech’s acquisition of Drive System Design (DSD) in December 2022. With TECOSIM, Hinduja Tech aims to offer better e-mobility solutions, computer-aided engineering, and simulation services. This move will strengthen their global presence and commitment to cutting-edge technology and excellent service.
