Hilti India Private Limited has launched its new Data Driven Services (DDS) platform. This platform offers advanced tool park and warehouse management, as well as battery health services, aimed at improving on-site productivity and efficiency.

Hilti India has been a leader in bringing innovative solutions to Indian construction sites. In July 2023, they introduced Nuron, a 22V cordless platform that enhances performance and safety for various applications.

The Nuron platform is now even smarter with the integration of DDS, which uses IoT technology to provide real-time insights and management of tools and batteries. Hilti has also introduced the “ON! TRACK 3” app to simplify access to this information. The app allows users to manage all Hilti assets, access product details, view maintenance costs, and book repairs.

Ashish Markande, Director of Marketing at Hilti India, said, “Our goal is to make tool ownership easier for our customers. The DDS platform helps them focus on their core business while we handle tool management. This improves operational efficiency and simplifies the purchase process.”

DDS is the first service of its kind for power tools in India. It integrates with Hilti’s Nuron platform, collecting data from all cordless tools during each charge cycle. This helps businesses make informed decisions and improve efficiency.

India is undergoing a digital transformation in the construction industry, with technologies like BIM, IoT, AI, and automation playing a key role. Hilti India aims to support this shift by providing innovative, data-driven solutions.

The Hilti Group supplies the construction and energy industries with top-notch products, systems, software, and services. With around 34,000 employees in over 120 countries, Hilti is known for quality and innovation. In 2023, Hilti generated sales of more than CHF 6.5 billion. The company is headquartered in Schaan, Liechtenstein, and has been privately owned by the Martin Hilti Family Trust since 1941. The trust ensures the company’s long-term continuity and commitment to improving construction through a dedicated global team and a performance-oriented culture.
