Hikvision India Unveils Innovative Solutions at TrafficInfraTech Expo

Hikvision India has launched a range of cutting-edge solutions at the TrafficInfraTech Expo, aimed at enhancing technology within the transportation sector. The company introduced the Multilane Free Flow Tolling system, Motorcycle Enforcement System, and ADAS & DMS Solution, alongside other advanced Transportation Security Systems and Intelligent Traffic Management solutions, including Toll Plaza surveillance.

Participating in the 12th edition of the TrafficInfraTech Expo 2024, Hikvision showcased its latest innovations designed for India’s transportation sector. The expo, held from October 22-24 at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi, is recognized as one of Asia’s largest integrated exhibitions focusing on traffic, transportation technology, road technology, and smart mobility. The event was inaugurated by Shri Mahmood Ahmad, Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, and attended by leaders from the transportation industry, government officials, and delegates.

Hikvision’s booth highlighted its advanced solutions for transport security, traffic safety, and urban mobility. “The Indian transportation sector has distinct needs compared to global standards, requiring tailored solutions that address local challenges. This creates a significant opportunity for innovative transportation security solutions,” stated Ashish P. Dhakan, MD & CEO of Prama Hikvision India Private Limited. “We have introduced systems like the Multilane Free Flow Tolling and the Motorcycle Enforcement System, as well as Smart Transportation and Intelligent Traffic Management Solutions for key stakeholders. The TrafficInfraTech Expo serves as an ideal platform to showcase these technologies to decision-makers in the transportation ecosystem.”

At the expo, Hikvision India displayed a variety of products and solutions, including Command Control, Multilane Free Flow Tolling, Motorcycle Enforcement System, Parking Management Solution, Toll Booth Surveillance, Body Worn Cameras, Dash Cameras, Intelligent Traffic System, and ADAS & DMS Solutions.

The three-day Smart Mobility Conference 2024, themed ‘Enabling Responsible Mobility,’ ran concurrently with the expo, featuring dynamic panel discussions and insightful presentations. On the second day, Mr Rajiv Arora, National Manager-Roadways & Waterways at Prama Hikvision India Private Limited, participated in a panel discussion on ‘Case Studies on Intelligent Multimodal Transportation,’ sharing details about Hikvision’s latest Transportation Security Solutions, which received a positive response from attendees.

The TrafficInfraTech Expo facilitated networking among government representatives, industry experts, project leaders, system integrators, and service providers, aiming to collaboratively address urban transport challenges.
