Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS), a leading provider of digital experience, business process management, and digital media services, has received two Gold Awards at the prestigious Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards 2025. The company was honored in the categories of ‘Best Employee Engagement’ and ‘Best Social Impact,’ underscoring its dedication to empowering employees, fostering engagement, and supporting vibrant communities.

Entries for the HCM Excellence Awards were carefully evaluated through a rigorous, multi-stage process by independent industry experts and analysts, recognizing only the most impactful and innovative initiatives. HGS’ flagship employee volunteering initiative, ‘Work to Give,’ earned Gold in the ‘Best Employee Engagement’ category for its role in promoting purpose-driven involvement and strengthening connections within the organization.

This ongoing program is a key part of HGS’ people strategy, enabling employees to contribute to society while deepening their sense of belonging at work. Over the past year, more than 4,000 volunteers participated in community projects, highlighting HGS’ commitment to creating a workplace where people feel motivated, connected, and inspired to make a positive impact.

The company’s ‘Integrated Water Management for Sustainable Development’ project in Ajmer, Rajasthan, received Gold in the ‘Best Social Impact’ category for its transformative effects on local communities. This initiative improved water access for over 10,000 households, empowered more than 240 women to manage community resources, and restored over 300 hectares of farmland using efficient irrigation methods. These efforts have supported climate-resilient agriculture and increased rural incomes, driving lasting positive change for thousands of families.
