HF Sinclair Corporation (NYSE: DINO) announced that it has completed its previously disclosed acquisition of Industrial Oils Unlimited, LLC (IOU), a supplier of industrial lubricants and specialty fluids. The transaction closed on January 8, 2026, following the fulfilment of all closing conditions.
Industrial Oils Unlimited is headquartered in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and operates established regional manufacturing facilities. The company has built a strong presence in industrial lubricants and specialty fluids, serving customers across multiple end-use markets. With the acquisition completed, HF Sinclair will integrate IOU’s operations into its Lubricants & Specialties business segment.
HF Sinclair stated that IOU’s manufacturing footprint and customer base align with its plans to expand lubricant offerings across the United States. The company expects the acquisition to support portfolio growth while maintaining service continuity for existing customers.
Following the transaction, HF Sinclair has assumed full operational responsibility for IOU’s assets and will continue supplying products through the acquired platform. The company indicated that the addition of IOU strengthens its position in the lubricants market and supports long-term growth objectives.
