The company’s score improved to 82, up from 70 last year, advancing its status from Silver to Gold and placing it in the 98th percentile of companies evaluated worldwide in the past year. This recognition highlights Hexaware’s enhanced policies, governance, and measurable progress across key sustainability areas.
Hexaware’s sustainability program now includes strengthened board oversight, clear accountability, independent reviews, and tighter evidence controls. The company continues to drive low-carbon operations, protect labor and human rights, ensure strong governance and data security, and uphold responsible sourcing practices. These measures have made its framework more transparent, auditable, and results-driven, supporting the upgraded rating.
