Hewlett Packard Enterprise has introduced new service-level guarantees for its HPE Alletra Storage MP B10000 platform, enhancing cyber resilience, reducing energy usage, and eliminating data loss. The company also unveiled new entry-level HPE StoreOnce appliances to streamline data protection for distributed and small-scale environments.

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) has introduced a set of advanced service guarantees aimed at improving the reliability and resilience of IT infrastructure in hybrid environments. These new commitments are part of a broader strategy to enhance data protection, operational continuity, and energy efficiency across diverse workloads.

A key offering includes the Zero Data Loss and Downtime Guarantee, which ensures uninterrupted business operations by utilizing high-availability architectures and synchronous replication through active peer persistence. In parallel, the Cyber Resiliency Guarantee provides organizations with rapid response capabilities, including immutable snapshots and expert intervention within 30 minutes in the event of a ransomware incident.

To address energy concerns, HPE’s Energy Consumption Guarantee commits to delivering consistent performance within a defined energy threshold, helping customers manage power efficiency and sustainability goals without compromising system output. These guarantees are designed to bolster confidence in hybrid cloud strategies and data-centric operations.

These new commitments build on the foundation of the HPE Storage Future-Ready Program, which already includes a 100% data availability guarantee, minimum 4:1 data efficiency through StoreMore, and a non-disruptive controller refresh program that reduces total cost of ownership by up to 30%. Together, they present a robust portfolio of capabilities for organizations seeking reliable and cost-effective storage solutions.

Further expanding its storage portfolio, HPE has introduced two new StoreOnce appliances—the 3720 and 3760—geared toward remote offices, branch locations, and small-to-medium enterprises. These systems offer scalable capacity from 18TB to 216TB, with the option to extend up to 648TB through cloud integration. Additional benefits include up to 20:1 data reduction, backup speeds of 25TB per hour, and enhanced security through multi-factor authentication, encryption, and immutability, delivering a simplified and secure data protection solution for distributed environments.

These appliances offer a compact design with 67% greater density for space-limited environments and use 29% less power compared to previous models. They are also optimized for compatibility with leading backup solutions. Hewlett Packard Enterprise is a global technology company focused on intelligent data solutions across networking, hybrid cloud, and AI.
