Hettich, a global leader in premium furniture fittings and interior solutions, has inaugurated its newly reimagined Delhi Experience Centre, marking a new chapter in its journey of design innovation and customer experience. Originally established in 2010 as Hettich’s first Experience Centre in India—and a pioneer of the concept in the country—the renewed space has been completely transformed to reflect Hettich’s evolving vision of creating interiors that blend imagination, functionality, and engineering precision.

The upgraded Experience Centre offers a holistic view of Hettich’s comprehensive product portfolio, including German-engineered furniture fittings, architectural door hardware, designer lighting systems, and built-in kitchen appliances. Every section has been curated to immerse visitors in an interactive environment that demonstrates how cutting-edge technology and design come together to create “magical interiors.”

To enhance the customer journey, Hettich also provides personalized design support, on-site consultations, and expert guidance to help homeowners and professionals envision and implement bespoke interior solutions tailored to their needs. Andre Eckholt, Managing Director – Hettich India, SAARC, Middle East & Africa, said “Delhi has always been a cornerstone in Hettich’s India story. It was here that we first introduced the concept of an Experience Centre. This new facility not only represents an upgrade in design and experience but also redefines how customers connect with our brand. The Centre embodies our mission to merge aesthetic excellence, functionality, and German craftsmanship to inspire every home and workspace.”

The reopening of the Delhi Experience Centre underscores Hettich’s continued commitment to innovation, design leadership, and customer-centricity. The company remains focused on enriching everyday living through intelligent furniture systems that combine style, sustainability, and smart engineering.

Founded 137 years ago in Germany, Hettich is among the world’s largest manufacturers of furniture fittings, with an annual global turnover exceeding €1.5 billion. The company’s diverse range includes hinges, drawer systems, sliding and folding fittings, door hardware, shelving systems, aluminum profiles, wire products, built-in appliances, and lighting solutions—delivering end-to-end interior concepts for both residential and commercial spaces.

Hettich entered the Indian market in the early 2000s and rapidly established itself as a leader in the furniture fittings industry through substantial investments in manufacturing, design innovation, and brand development. The brand has received numerous accolades, including ‘Best Brands’ (2022, 2023, 2024) by ET Edge and ‘Most Trusted Brands of India’ (2023, 2024, 2025) by Marksmen Daily, in recognition of its quality and consumer trust. Hettich has also been certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’, highlighting its strong commitment to people and workplace culture.
