Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has entered into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences (CeNS) to establish the HAL Advanced Academic Initiation Centre as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility efforts. The agreement was signed on Friday.
Pradeep Kumar, General Manager (HR) at HAL, signed the agreement alongside Prof B L V Prasad, Director of CeNS. The centre will function as a dedicated platform for science education under CeNS’ flagship Vigyaani Vidyarthi Vichar Vinimay (V4) programme, which has already engaged over 20,000 students from 200 institutions and familiarised them with the latest developments in science and technology.
